7195 is two doors down from the flagship — the newest addition to the block, and the most street-facing building we have. Four storefront suites, each with its own private entrance, its own sign, and roughly 10 ft of full-height glass framed in black-anodized metal. There’s no shared building directory here — when a client walks up, the only name they see is yours. That private, single-entry setup is also injector-ready — your own suite, your own door, no shared waiting room.
Every storefront is delivered as a clean shell and finished build-to-suit, so the interior gets built around your workflow instead of someone else’s leftover layout. Sign on early enough and you help shape the floor plan yourself. The four units do share back-of-house space behind the storefronts, so the street-facing side stays clean and single-tenant even though some of the day-to-day overhead — the parts your clients never see — stays shared.
