The Suites at 7185 and The Storefronts at 7195 run one flat monthly rate — utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking included, no commission, no percentage of your revenue. The Office Floor at 7187 leases on its own terms.

We offer 1, 2, and 3-year lease terms with tiered pricing — the longer the lease, the lower your monthly rate. Every term is the same flat-rate structure: utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking included, and never a commission on your revenue.
