Tosha Dove-Freund, RN
Co-Founder · Founder, Estetica Med Spa
Tosha has spent her career in aesthetic nursing and has trained injectors around the country. She started Estetica Med Spa first — then co-founded STL Aesthetics to give other independent pros in the industry a real space to build their own practice.

Across three buildings on Manchester Road — The Suites, The Storefronts, and The Office Floor — we offer premium amenities and upscale finishes behind your own door, backed by a shared amenity core you never have to manage yourself.

The Flat-Rate Model
One flat rate. No commission. Keep 100% of what you earn. Instead of splitting your revenue with a salon owner, you lease a private, fully built-out suite for one predictable monthly rate — with hassle-free parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and flexible rental terms included. Lease terms run 1, 2, or 3 years with tiered pricing — longer leases earn a lower monthly rate.
