7185 is the flagship — the biggest building on the block. It’s 5,500 sq ft across three levels, laid out with a purpose: street-level suites with their own storefront presence up front, private lower-level offices and a bookable training room below, and The Commons tying the whole building together — the shared lobby, kitchen, and bathrooms every tenant’s back door opens into.

Main-level suites like Office 7 come with a private street entrance and walk-up visibility — your clients see your name on the glass before they ever step inside. Office 8 is the starter version of the same idea: smaller, simpler, still your own door. Downstairs, Lower Office 2 and the Med-Spa Training Space are quieter, self-contained rooms. One’s built for an established practitioner ready to scale up. The other’s bookable by the day for courses, certifications, and hands-on trainings.
