What we collect when you send an inquiry

The tour inquiry form asks for your name, email, phone (optional), the suite you are interested in, and your message. We store that in our lead system and email it to the leasing team at STL Aesthetics so we can reply. We also keep the page you landed on, the page you sent the form from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by, so we know which listing or ad brought you here. We do not sell or share your contact details with anyone outside STL Aesthetics and the service providers below.

Applications and screening

Applying for a suite is a separate step that happens on RentSpree, not on this site. The apply page only explains the process and hands you off. Your application details and the credit, background and eviction screening are collected and processed by RentSpree and TransUnion under their own privacy policies; the 9.99 application fee is paid to RentSpree. STL Aesthetics receives the completed application and screening report to make a leasing decision, and does not store your screening data on this site.

Analytics and advertising tools

• Google Analytics 4. Page views and which pages lead to inquiries. We never send your name, email or phone to Google.
• Meta (Facebook) pixel. Page views and a "Lead" event when an inquiry is sent, so we can show suite ads to people who have visited this site. We never send your name, email or phone to Meta.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. Human verification on the inquiry form, to block automated spam.

These tools load when you arrive. The bar at the bottom of the page lets you Decline; that choice is remembered on this device and turns the analytics and advertising tags off for later visits too. You can also block them with your browser's tracking protection.

Service providers

Inquiry form submissions are stored with Supabase and the email alert is sent through Resend; both act only on our instructions. Applications and screening run through RentSpree and TransUnion, which process that data as described above. This site is hosted on Railway and served through Cloudflare.
