STL Aesthetics was co-founded by Tosha Dove-Freund, RN, who has spent her career in aesthetic nursing and trained injectors around the country. She started Estetica Med Spa first, then co-founded STL Aesthetics to give other independent injectors a real space to build their own practice.

Two doors down from the flagship, 7195 Manchester is four storefront suites, each with its own private entrance, its own sign, and roughly 10 ft of full-height glass. Every unit is delivered as a clean shell and finished build-to-suit — sign on early enough and you help shape the floor plan around your equipment and client flow. Storefronts start at $1,500/mo and open September 1, 2026.

Suites across the block generally run $700–$1,500/mo depending on building and size, all-inclusive — utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking are already folded in, and we never take a percentage of what you earn. Lease terms run 1, 2, or 3 years with tiered pricing: the longer the lease, the lower your monthly rate.
Prefer a by-the-day setup while you're testing a new market? The 7185 building's Med-Spa Training Space is bookable by the day for injector courses, workshops, and certifications, starting at $600/day, fully equipped with no buildout required.
